normalize_reward_shapers(reward_shapers: RewardShaperConfiguration) -> list[type[RewardShaper]]

Normalise the reward-shaper config into an ordered list.

Parameters:

• reward_shapers (RewardShaperConfiguration) – None, a single shaper type, or a list of shaper types.

Returns:

• list[type[RewardShaper]] – A list of shaper types in execution order.
