TrajectoryRepositoryPath

python
TrajectoryRepositoryPath(actions: bytes, segments: tuple[TrajectoryRepositorySegment, ...], priority: float = 0.0, archive_eligible: bool = True) -> None

Canonical trajectory retained in the repository.

Paths are always stored flat: a midpoint episode that continues a stored route is recorded as one new path containing the route prefix plus the new segments, with the prefix's snapshot bytes objects shared with the parent path by reference. No parent lineage is retained, so a path is freed as soon as its own references are released.

Methods

from_state_dict

python
from_state_dict(state: dict[str, Any]) -> TrajectoryRepositoryPath

Source

to_state_dict

python
to_state_dict() -> dict[str, Any]

Values

actions

python
actions: bytes

Source

archive_eligible

python
archive_eligible: bool = True

Whether this path may be offered to the best-route archive, live or on restore. A bare mid-route tail (a per-action-restart episode that could not be prefix-stitched) is stored for its cells but must never become "the best route" -- as a shorter win it would out-rank the full seed and re-anchor the curriculum mid-cavern, which is exactly what happened on the 2026-08-13 restart before this flag existed.

priority

python
priority: float = 0.0

Route-level ranking score computed once at record time; a win is a huge value here.

segments

python
segments: tuple[TrajectoryRepositorySegment, ...]
