Order an OakEmu observation shape into the configured layout.

Parameters:

observation_shape_order (Literal['hwf', 'fhw']) – The configured observation layout.
shape (Any) – The OakEmu shape object exposing Height/Width/Frames.

Returns:

tuple[int, int, int] – The observation shape tuple in layout order.
