Image Gets a shared convenience view derived from the file's concrete components.

IsTopDown Gets whether rows are stored top-down.
Palette Gets the stored colour table, or null for images without a colour table.
PixelData Gets the stored packed pixel rows, including padding.
TrailingData Gets the retained bytes following the pixel rows, including any bytes beyond the declared file size.
